R. Andrew Myers is a member of Grace & Truth Reformed Presbyterian Church (RPCNA) in Harrisonburg, VA. He lives in Massanutten, VA with his wife, Jessica, and his five children. Formerly, the editor of the literary and exegetical works of Matthew Poole, he has also studied at the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary of Pittsburgh, PA; and is an avid reader of theological and historical books.

The subject of the mediatorial kingship of Christ, including its scope and extent, is one that is dear to his heart. The book hosted at this site is the fruit of much study and labor into a deeper theological-historical understanding of what the Lord Jesus Christ meant when he said at the Great Commission that "All power is given unto Me in heaven and in earth" (Matt. 28.18).

It is hoped that the reader will prayerfully consider the compilation of historical quotes and theological rationales presented on behalf of the historic Reformed Presbyterian (Covenanter) testimony that Christ, in his mediatorial office as King, rules over all.
